Return Policy

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you received, you may initiate a Return Request within 7 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.

 

To be eligible for a return, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also needed. 
  • Items purchased anywhere except global.balabala.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
  • As the display capabilities and graphic properties of computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, Balabala cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will be completely accurate.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sale items and gifts. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

To start a return, you can contact us at global@balabala.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
