Delivery options

  • We offer Standard Shipping. Shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery address.
  • Standard shipping is free on orders over US$79 for most countries. Please refer to Shipping Time and Shipping Restrictions for more information on countries that are out of delivery.
  • All delivery options and their corresponding fees will be displayed at checkout.
  • Orders may be delayed due to high demand. Thank you for bearing with us.

Shipping times

Shipping time starts from the moment an order has been processed and dispatched. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. This is usually 1-3 business days after your order is accepted. Kindly note that processing time and shipping time can take longer during sale.

For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is displayed on the specific product description pages.

We accept orders worldwide, and the scope of delivery basically covers all parts of the world, except for some countries and areas. And if you are not sure whether your country is within delivery areas, please contact our customer service via global@balabala.com for help.

In situations of custom delays, shipping time may take longer than usual. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.

Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping details are filled in correctly at checkout to avoid any possibilities of a failed delivery. If you find that your order information is wrong, please get in touch with our customer service (add link) with your order number and correct shipping details as soon as you can. We apologise for not being able to redirect or withdraw any orders once items have been dispatched.

For failed delivery caused by wrong or inaccurate shipping details from the customer, we won’t be able to give you a refund.

P.O. Boxes

We deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses in the United States with Standard Shipping only. Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer than usual – please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

We are unable to deliver to any P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses out of the United States for all shipping options.

Shipping Restrictions

For orders shipped to remote locations, shipping time will take longer than usual. Please allow additional time for orders.

How To Track Your Order

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Custom Duties

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the shipping cost. Therefore, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express Shipping for your order. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
